After many years of internal work, processing old trauma and regulating my emotions, I kept coming back to the same place - a desire to serve - help - give back. 

​

I came across life coaching and it made my heart sing. 

​

Looking back will only get you so far before you will want to look forward and create a future that inspires you.

​

I wanted to look in the mirror and feel beautiful instead of not ugly. 

​

I wanted to speak my truth with confidence and be heard, instead of just saying enough to get by.

​

I wanted to feel confident, sensual and free in my body, instead of just safe enough to do a yoga class. 

​

I wanted to do work in the world that felt purposeful, soul nourishing, meaningful and fun. 

​

I found all of those things and more when I took the leap into my first coaching series and course with Beautiful You Coaching Academy. 

​

Now my wish is to offer this beautiful, life-changing service to you.

Coaching is for you if you are ready to take your life to the next level and feel amazing!

1:1 coaching can be done in person or online in a series of six fortnightly sessions over three months or twelve fortnightly sessions over six months. Each with unlimited email support throughout where I will guide you and support you the whole way to make your dreams a reality.

 

Please note that while I am a coach, I am not yet qualified to be a counsellor and therefore do not work with clients on processing past trauma.
