My Recommended Resources

This is my little library of books, prayers and other things I have found to be soul soothing. I will continue to add the little treasures I discover. I hope they can offer you the same encouragement, enlightenment, entertainment and joy they've given me.

God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change; courage to change the things I can; and wisdom to know the difference.

Practices & Tips for More Love & Peace in Your Life:

Faith & Prayer

Move your body every day in a way that feels good to you

Spend time on a creative hobby

Free flowing movement (trust your intuition to lead you)

Mindfulness & full presence with reality

Gratitude (set aside time each day to reflect on what makes you feel blessed)

Non-judgement (Our judgements of others are just the standards we have set for ourselves - change the story)

Journalling (get it out of your mind and onto paper)

Challenging negative thoughts (you have the power to choose what you believe)

Validating your emotions (If you feel something, you feel it for a reason, do not shame yourself for feeling a certain way. Instead, allow.)

Footprints in the Sand

One night I dreamed I was walking along the beach with the Lord
Scenes from my life flashed across the sky,
In each, I noticed footprints in the sand.
Sometimes there were two sets of footprints;
other times there was only one.

During the lowest times of my life
I could see only one set of footprints,
so I said, "Lord, you promised me,
that you would walk with me always.
Why, when I have needed you most would you leave me?"

The Lord replied, "My precious child,
I love you and would never leave you.
The times when you have seen only one set of footprints,
it was then that I carried you."

WHAT PEOPLE SAY

— Lauren Salisbury, Social Worker

Kindness, inspired and proud.

"After our first session, I felt so amazing already. I was excited as we explored deeper into who I wanted to become, the challenges, struggles and real goals I wanted to achieve. I knew I was going to achieve my goals with the love and support Tash provided me. My confidence has grown! People can see I am more excited about life and proud of who I am. My closest family have shared that they love seeing my creative side and how much joy it brings me. I have noticed that I am no longer worried about what other people think. I am so proud of who I am and confident in my business. My career is flourishing and I am now better at prioritising my time to ensure I am always able to be creative. It was perfect, I loved the whole experience and learnt so much about myself. You are amazing. Thank you for holding so much space for me and supporting me along this journey!"

We gratefully honour the Traditional Caretakers of the land from which we live and work upon, the Whadjuk People, and pay our respects to Elders past, present and emerging.
