All I Want For Christmas is to Feel Good: Mother Nature's Healing
For me, November is a month of celebrating love. It is beautiful Spring. The flowers are blooming, the sun is shining and our bodies are defrosting from the cooler months.
This November I had a delicious lunch with my friend and among other things, I told her about what I want to do with my life.
After having most of my childhood (freedom, fun, pleasure, joy) stolen from me, I am on a mission to claim back all of that which is my (and each person's own) birthright. I want to work for myself, to do what I love and help others.
She instantly thought of her friend - a yoga teacher who shares essential oils and has her own biz helping people - and hooked us up.
We connected and arranged an essential oil meditation circle with a group of my close girl friends. It was like meeting a soul sister.
